Linda Loeschen watercolor workshop

Posted on September 22nd, 2008 in Announcements, EventCal, Workshops

November 1, 2008
9:30 amto3:30 pm

Please join us for a Linda Loeschen workshop on Saturday, November 1, 2008 at the Parker Bible Church from 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Light snacks and water will be provided/pack a lunch.

Linda Loeschen’s training as a designer at Parsons School of Design in New York City gave her an eye for light, texture and detail. Combine this with her passion for dance (she still teaches Jazz) and her paintings take off with a flow of movement and grace controlled with just the right amount of detail.

Included among her many awards and recognitions are receiving the Best Watercolor and Best of Show at the American Academy of Woman Artists Signature Show and having her work “Box Canyon Ambush” selected for the cover of the art book, “Art of the American West.”

Linda has also exhibited in the “Cowgirl Up!” show at the Desert Caballeros Western Museum, Wickenburg, AZ and “The Night of Artists” show, National Western Art Foundation, San Antonio, TX. Check out her website at: http://lindaloeschen.com

“She’s fluent in cowboy… From the mesmerizing motion of a lariat to the longing of a little cowboy to be a big one, she speaks the language.” -U.S. Art

Cost for the workshop will be $45 before October 19th. Registration after October 19 will be $55.

Registrations should be mailed to:

Barbara Cohen

1700 Lisbon Drive
