Dear Guild Member: Welcome to the Copper Mountain Art Show

The show is only open to members. There are only about 40 spaces. This is a 3 day show. Requests to exhibit only Saturday and Sunday will be considered.

· Hours/dates: 7/16 12pm-6pm, 7/17 10am-6pm, 7/18 10am-4pm
· Set up is Friday morning 9am-12pm.
· Spaces are standard 10 x 10

Please include a SASE (business envelope with 2 stamps). 

Fees:
If membership dues paid by 1/31/10 and paid for the booth by 4/15/10: $115
If join/renew after 1/31/10 and paid for the booth by 4/15/10: $150
If pay for booth after the 4/15/10 deadline: $180
Request for a corner: $35 more (no guarantee on a corner, fee returned)
Electricity is not available

Cancellation:
Full refund if cancel before 5/15/10.
Half refund if cancel between 5/16/10 and 6/1/10
No refund after 6/1/10.

We are looking for several volunteers to help with:

Booth Sitting and Silent Auction Monitoring
Saturday, April 17th and Sunday, April 18th:
Time slots:  10am-12noon, 12-noon- 2pm, or 2pm-5pm
 and
Show Clean-up
Sunday, April 18th ~4-7 pm

The Spring Art Show is coming up!

The PAG will hold a Charity Silent Auction during the Spring Art Show.  Please consider donating something for the silent auction, with all proceeds to benefit children of families staying at the Ronald McDonald House in Aurora. VOLUNTEER to HELP!  Contact Kristine Mize-Spansky at dewfreak87@hotmail.com to sign up or sign up at March PAG meeting to VOLUNTEER to help at the show!!!  We need people to help set up the show, sit the members tent and clean-up after the show. There are 2-hour slots available every day.

2010 Show Schedule - Mainstreet Gallery

March 31 - 8:30 AM - 12:00 Noon - drop off art work for “Artist’s Choice” show, and pick up “Photography” art works.  Artists can bring a total of four pieces:  wall and/or 3-D, and up to 5 bin work pieces. Reception April 7 - 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Spring art Show is April 17, 18, 2010, Mainstreet Ctr.  Contact Dave Bahm and Laura Eicher to sign up or contact Kristine Mize-Spansky at dewfreak87@hotmail.com  to volunteer to help organize the show.

Friday  May 28, 12:30 pm to 5:00 pm and Saturday, May 29, 9:00 am till Noon - pick up art work from “Artist’s Choice” show.

No shows during June, July and August

September 8 - drop off art work for “Green” theme show.  This exhibit will use the theme of “Green” in the sense of recycling (found objects, reusing old art works in a new way, etc. and, also “Green” in the sense of the color green, i.e. art works that are predominately green..  Artists can bring a total of four pieces: wall and/or 3-D, and up to 5 bin work pieces. Reception September 22 - 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

October 27 - drop off art works for “Miniature Show”, and pick up “Green” Show art works.  Maximum dimension in any one direction is 12 inches.  6 to 8 entries permitted, plus bin work. Reception November 3 - 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

December 17, Friday from 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM and December 18, Saturday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon - pick up art work from “Miniature” Show.
