Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month at 10235 Parkglenn Way, The Fire Station Headquarter Building. We start promptly at 6:15 PM with a general business meeting. At 7 PM we have a presentation by a member on some aspect of Art, Photography or items of general interest.
We invite all members, and potential members, to attend these meetings.

The Executive Board meets
on the second THURSDAY of every month
from 6:30 to 8:30 at the Fire Station, 19310 Pine Rd, 3 blocks west of Parker Rd.
Members are always welcome to come present ideas. Let Jo-Ann Nelson know by e-mail President@parkerartistsguild.com if you want to join the meeting or confirm that the date, venue and time has not changed.

Officers Jobs
President: 1 year term, lead & prepare agendas and attend monthly Board meeting and Gen Guild meeting. Answer website e-mail. Check writing authority. Assist treasurer with the budget process.
Vice president. 2 year commitment, 1 yr as VP moving to Pres 2nd year. Fill in for pres, attend monthly Board meeting and Gen Guild meeting. Assist with answering website e-mail and as delegated by pres.
Treasurer: 2 yr term, attend Board and Gen meeting. Receive and pay bills. Provide periodic expense, income and bank balance reports. Collect mail from PO box. Assist pres with the budget and as delegated by pres.
Secretary: 1 yr term, Attend, record and publish minutes at Board and Gen Guild meetings and as delegated by pres.
1st Member Representative: 1 yr term. Attend monthly Board and Gen meetings, assistant to Treasurer and as delegated by pres.
2nd Member Representative: 1 yr term. Attend monthly Board and Gen meetings, Coordinator to standing committees (e.g. membership, holiday party, ATP, etc.) and art display venues (e.g. Mainstreet Ctr, Bank of Choice) and as delegated by the Pres.
3rd Member Representative: 1 yr term. Attend monthly Board and Gen meetings, Assistant to secretary and coordinator to website team and as delegated by the Pres.
