Friday, May 4, 2012  1:00 P.M.  - 7:00 P.M.

Saturday, May 5, 2012   10:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

Mainstreet Center

19650 Mainstreet, Parker, CO 80138

The show is open to all members who joined

PAG by 01/31/2012.   If space allows, registration for any other members will open on March 15.

SPACE PRICES WILL INCREASE AFTER MARCH 31, SO REGISTER EARLY!!

The show will be a set up a bit different this year.  The committee will be setting the room up in a boutique stye instead of large boxy booths.  In order to do this, we will be setting up grids/panels in a 6 foot length with a grid on each end, thus forming a capital I.  Using your own grids is encouraged  providing they can be formed as stated.  There will be 13 grid spaces available using PAG grids. The committee will be setting up the gym Thursday evening.  If using your own grids, you may deliver them and set them up at this time.  No art will be delivered/set up/dropped off on Thursday night.  Another option will be table space for those who do not use grids to display their work.  You may use 2- 6 foot tables.  Please plan to provide your own.  The Mainstreet Center has tables, but they are in use in other areas much of the time.

Set up:  Friday, May 4 – 9:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.

Set up on Friday must be completed by 12:30 P.M.  Anyone arriving after 11:30 A.M.. will not be allowed to set up and will forfeit their entry fee.

No one will be allowed to set up after the show has begun.

Show Parking:  Please park in the furthest parking spaces.

*Special security will not be provided. The gym is locked at night.

*Sales tax collection process and more details will be e-mailed to you before the show.

An e-mailable postcard will be available, as well as a high resolution PDF postcard that you can print on cardstock and mail if you choose.

Members are free to share booth space.  All members are responsible for their own sales. Credit Card processing will be available through PAG.

EventBrite is the only way to register, and will determine the space availability.

Booth Space:       After March 31, fees will increase $20 per space.

CANCELLATION:  REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONLY IF WE FILL YOUR SPOT

50% refund of fee if you cancel before April 15.

No refund if you cancel after April 15.

Those not giving a cancellation notice, will not be given a refund and will not be allowed to exhibit in future Spring Art Shows or Art in the Park.

General Exhibit Rules

*Manufactured and imported work or any work not made by the exhibitor is not permitted.  The decision of the Show Committee is final.

PAG Volunteers Record Keeping

Posted on February 1st, 2011 in News Notes, PAG Events

PAG members now have a convenient way to record their volunteer hours.

Please send your time and project information to Jennifer Morrison at volunteer@parkerartistsguild.com

Jennifer will maintain a spreadsheet summary of your time for the 2011 calendar year. It will be helpful if you can send in your hours monthly, rather than wait until the year-end to try and remember the details!

Please note that volunteers are always welcome at the Kidz Kulture project, Spring Art Show and other events. Information about these projects and who to contact can be found on this website within each category.
