Pinecrest Community Church

Posted on July 13th, 2009 in PAG Events, Venues

Location:  Pinecrest Community Church is PAG’s newest venue and is pleased to invite artists to participate.

Address: 7165 N Delbert Road, Parker, CO 80138-6114. at Delbert Road and Singing Hills

Change-Out Date: If artists prefer to deliver their own work, it can be done so the week of January 11, M-Th, 8:30 - 4.

The Pinecrest Community Church, 7165 N Delbert Road, Parker, CO 80138-6114, has reported an outstanding verbal response to the first exhibit of sacred art in the church’s sanctuary from mid-September through mid-November.  This church sees the traffic of several hundred Parker, Elizabeth and Kiowa people most days of the week, and their comments to the church staff have been encouraging. In fact, the church’s spokesperson told us, “We have also referred to some art pieces and even brought them up on stage when they tied in directly to the passage we were on.”
The theme for the first waive of art was “Exodus” and was to remain in the church through April. A change has been made, however, to that plan. In mid-January, new work will be exhibited and should focus on “Worship/Tabernacle/Easter/Sacrifice, etc.”
Because the church is located so far from Parker, the venue coordinator, Pat Rosales, has offered to deliver your work to the church, which is close to her home.
There will be no commission involved.  Title cards for each piece will not quote a price, but will advertise the artist’s contact information.

Venue Coordinator: If you are interested in exhibiting any 2-D or 3-D pieces from January through mid-April , please contact Pat at rosalespd@gmail.com, , or call her at 303-805-0880.    Also, the Church spokesman, Rowland Smith, worshipdude@gmail.com, invites you to discuss your work with him if you need additional information.
