Call for Art: The Schoolhouse Gallery
Join us for what has historically been our best-selling show of the year.
All artwork must be original and priced under $100.00 (you know, “a Benjamin”), making it affordable for holiday buyers.
PAG Artists working in any medium can submit pieces that are ready to sell immediately on a “cash and carry” basis. When a piece sells, you will be contacted to replace it with a new work of similar size, keeping the show fresh throughout the season.
Details for Submission:
1. Each piece must be priced under $100.00
2. Artwork must be ready to display and sell.
3. Any medium, size, or style is allowed, within our ability to display it.
4. Your artwork will be juried. You may enter up to three pieces, knowing that one, two, or all three may, or may not, be accepted. Artist notification: November 10.
5. There is a $25.00 non-refundable entry fee.

Show Dates: Saturday, November 14, 2026, through Saturday, January 9, 2027
Submission Deadline: Saturday, November 7, 11:00pm
Entry Fee: $25.00 for 1-3 images. Open to PAG members only.
Notification of Jury Acceptance: Tuesday, November 10, from the email address: 3RockTheArts@gmail.com. (Make sure this email is not blocked on your server.) Notification will include final forms. Please send an email to 3RockTheArts@gmail.com if you have not heard “yes” or “no” by Tuesday at 7pm.
Venue: The Schoolhouse Gallery: 19650 Mainstreet, Parker, CO 80138
Drop-off Date/Time: Saturday, November 14, 8:30-10:00am
Pick-up Date/Time: Saturday, January 9, 2027, 9:30-11:00am
Mediums allowed: Open to Parker Artists Guild Members working in any of the following mediums: drawing, painting (oil, watercolor, acrylic, etc.), photography, and sculpture (any material). Artwork must be created by the artist (no paint-by-numbers, copied artwork, etc.). Fine Art Prints and Digital Artwork will be accepted in this show.
PAG Members of all backgrounds and experience levels are encouraged to apply.
Preparing Artwork:
Framing & Presentation:
– All artwork must be ready to hang. We require secure, wired pieces with secure D-rings.
– Do not submit anything with sawtooth hangers, eye hooks, or any other hanging device other than secure wire, as they are not compatible with our hanging system.
– Canvases do not need to be framed if they have finished or gallery-wrapped edges.
– Hanging artwork must not exceed 25 lbs.
Although there are no specific size limitations, PAG reserves the right to exclude large work that we are unable to hang properly, or if the number of artists entering is too great to include large work without excluding deserving artists.
All 3-dimensional entries must be no more than 12” wide, 12” deep, 24” high, and weigh no more than 75 pounds.
Price Limitation: Artists must determine their own prices. All artwork must be listed for sale for under $100.00.
This is a Juried Show: Artwork will be accepted or rejected based on the artwork you have submitted online as a JPEG image. Each submitted JPEG image must be labeled with the artist's name, and title of the piece. Selections will be based on technical skill and overall artistic merit.
Submission Entries: 1, 2, or 3 pieces can be entered online for $25.00. A maximum of 3 entries, with the possibility of three works accepted for each artist. Submissions must include high-resolution JPEG images (for paintings and photographs) or photographs of sculptures, along with titles, mediums, dimensions, and asking prices.
Ineligible Artwork: Artwork that is “not for sale,” work deemed inappropriate for viewing by all age groups, or that we are not able to hang or display properly may be rejected at take-in. The Schoolhouse and Parker Artists Guild reserve the right to refuse any artwork for any reason.
Substitution: Artwork will be displayed from November 14, 2026, through January 9, 2027. If your artwork is sold, you will be asked to bring another piece similar in size, if you have something available. You do not have to replace your artwork if you are not able to.
All Artwork must be for sale for under $100.00.
Venue Commission: 15% to the Town of Parker.

Advertising: The Parker Artists Guild may use images of artwork entered for the purpose of advertising our shows within the PAG and Parker Arts community, unless expressly stated otherwise by the artist.
